This is an administration role where you work with the in-house computer system, balance figures on excel, generate quotes based on Sq M/Ft, order parts & contractors and deal with any customer enquires. Due to the nature of this role, you will be answering the phones, speaking to customers, suppliers & juggling a million different task.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone who has at least 12 months administration experience working in a busy, noisy, vibrant office. You need to be good with computers including all Excel packages, have a strong willed, outgoing personality and lots of motivation. Due to dealing with a large volume of technical quotes you must be mathmatically minded with an eye for figures.
