Location: Garretts Green

Responsibilities:

This role is a dual role and your responsibilities will be to support with a variety of customer service and administration tasks and be pivotal in supporting senior management with the collating and analysis of data.

Customer Service related task

  • Take inbound calls
  • Processing customer orders
  • Providing customers with pricing
  • Invoice preparation and processing
  • Monitoring of jobs
  • Cross referencing cost codes
  • Liaise with planners, customers, site supervisor's
  • Adhering to SLA's

Excel related tasks

  • Create, monitor and update a credit log
  • Analysis of data, identifying root cause of issues and reporting of this
  • Collating data for reports and analysis
  • Performance monitoring

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent excel knowledge inclusive of; pivot tables, vlookups and formula's Exposure in a customer service environment Fantastic communication skills Process driven Hands on in your approach Meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
