Responsibilities:
This role is a dual role and your responsibilities will be to support with a variety of customer service and administration tasks and be pivotal in supporting senior management with the collating and analysis of data.
Customer Service related task
Take inbound calls
Processing customer orders
Providing customers with pricing
Invoice preparation and processing
Monitoring of jobs
Cross referencing cost codes
Liaise with planners, customers, site supervisor's
Adhering to SLA's
Excel related tasks
Create, monitor and update a credit log
Analysis of data, identifying root cause of issues and reporting of this
Collating data for reports and analysis
Performance monitoring
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent excel knowledge inclusive of; pivot tables, vlookups and formula's Exposure in a customer service environment Fantastic communication skills Process driven Hands on in your approach Meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
