Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, keen apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team and train with us in our organisation. This role not only covers all standard admin tasks, it will also involve learning to support our CRM and IT systems.

The successful applicant will work within an office environment. As our office apprentice, you will be in involved in a wide variety of administration and customer service tasks. You will deal with queries, both in person and by telephone, and provide information and advice about the service.

Tasks may involve:

* Making and receiving telephone calls, ensuring messages are forwarded on to relevant staff

* Generating reports from a CRM IT system

* Photocopying

* Scanning

* Filing and maintaining internal documents

* Updating notice boards

* Complete stock ordering and check deliveries

* Complete ad hoc tasks that will assist the Directors and Admin team.
