Job Description

The successful Office Administrator and Office Manager will be a friendly, proactive and organised person. You must have a minimum of 6 months school administration experience. However, please also apply if you have strong administrative experience in an office as these applicants will also be considered. Previous experience with school administrative systems such as SIMS is required.

The successful Office Administrator will (but not limit to):

  • General receptionist and administrative duties
  • Dealing with parents, pupils, and visitors
  • Ensure the smooth running of reception
  • Filing, faxing, and photocopying
  • Answering inbounding phone calls
  • Carry out tasks asked of you by the office manager

Additionally, as the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing around 3/4 members of staff in the office.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You must have a minimum of 6 months school administration experience.Previous experience with school administrative systems such as SIMS is required.
