Job Description

The role:
Sales Administrator. Duties to include managing CRM, taking sales enquiries, issuing brochures and price lists, managing customer correspondence, stationery ordering, data input and general admin and post duties
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a fast-paced sales environment.

Founded over 45 years ago with over 28 regional operating businesses building sites from Scotland through to the South West of England.
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Sales Administrator or in an admin role in a similar house building or construction environment


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be required to have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (including English) or equivalent. Skills Must have worked in new homes build Understand the legal side, extras and choices, the whole in and outs of buying a house You should also be computer literate and have strong communication skills.
