About the Role

The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for providing financial, volume and productivity information to key stakeholders to aid in decision-making.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and CFO’s, the Senior Corporate Accountant, will have month end duties and also be tasked with reviewing and making process improvements to the month end process on a continuing basis and to share ideas for improvements with the wider management accounts team.

The Senior Corporate Accountant will also lead the team in month end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, monthly reporting packs & analysis as well as annual budgeting and forecasting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Significant experience within a similar role in a large organisation. Fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) and significant experience in a similar role Experience in month end, balance sheet accounting and auditing is essential. Previous line management experience is desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
