Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a qualified Financial Accountant has arisen at a large Children's Charity in Watford. The position will be supervising four financial accountants and will be focussed on process improvement, quality controll and team management.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure day to day financial accounting is carried out with a high level of accuracy

- Mentoring and managing a team of 4 financial accountants (surrently not qualified)

- Generating timely and informative reports and month end information

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or equiv.) - Experience od working within a finance team, either on a transactional or statutory accounting basis - Demonstrable experience of team management or supervision is desirable This role joins a bustling finance team to help strengthen statutory accounting controlls and improve the standard of financial reporting
