Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established, growing business based on the outskirts of Rochdale. This company are keen to appoint an Interim Group Accountant initially on a 3 month basis. With a growth plan in place and projects on the horizon it is an exciting time to play a key part in the Finance Management team. Reporting to the Finance Director your main duties will include:

• Supporting and mentoring the Finance team
• Responsibility for the control and statutory accounts
• Cash Controls and risk prevention
• Supporting improvements across the group Finance function

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience is essential alongside the ability to step in, add value and make a difference to the wider business. With strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, you will be involved with the company budget holders and board meetings and understanding ERP systems and controls at a Group level is advantageous.
