Job Description

Job Duties Include:

  • Raising customer invoices
  • Monitoring invoice payments
  • Monitoring email communications
  • Processing Proof of delivery paperwork 
  • Book keeping using our online system which is Xero (experience would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Vehicle maintenance scheduling (experience would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Recording the return of vehicle defect notes
  • Dealing with post
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls
  • Communicating with myself on a daily basis when out of the office

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 Be willing to work in a small but pleasant two person office  Be self motivated and be able to work on their own without the need for supervision  Have normal IT skills including the knowledge and experience of word and excel Have great communication skills  Be willing to be flexible as we are only a small business so sometimes it is all hands to the pumps If possible be willing to do extra hours if and when required
