Job Description

Due to continued success, my client now has an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their growing team. They were established over 20 years ago and have cemented their name as a go to Accountancy Practice within Lancashire.

With continued heavy workload they now require a permanent Bookkeeper who can join the team and hit the ground running.

Main Duties:

  • Completing VAT returns
  • Ensuring purchase orders and sales ledgers are processed in Sage / Xero
  • Ensure all accounts are complete on time and to strict HMRC deadlines
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Inputting invoices on Sage / Xero

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Bookkeeping. Experience using cloud based software including Xero. Ability to use Outlook and Excel competently.
