Providing compliance support services to mitigate compliance risk
Managing third party audit recommendations through to completion
Maintaining legal and regulatory documentation e.g. contracts, leases,
Logging and managing GDPR requirements e.g. data breaches, right to erasure
Ensuring Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards are adhered to
Assisting on compliance projects
REQUIREMENTS
The Assistant Compliance Manager position would suit someone who has already started their career in Compliance or Risk Assessment and is looking for the next step or, alternatively, is looking to move into Compliance.
And ideally have:
Compliance experience, preferably gained in a financial services regulated industry e.g. insurance, finance, banks, building society, debt collection agency (DCA)
GDPR knowledge
Process and policy development experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good attention to detail with an organised methodical approach Microsoft Office and Spreadsheet skills (Excel) Excellent written, numeracy and communication skills Be tenacious with an inquisitive mind and the ability to prioritise work to adhere to deadlines
