Job Description

Ideally, you will have a background within the Recruitment industry. However, if you are someone that works well under pressure, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and has a strong administration history, this role could be an ideal fit for you!

Your role will include:

Calling candidates to discuss potential job opportunities

Preforming candidate searches and CV sifting

Building good candidate relationships

Assisting with candidate payroll queries

Liaising with clients when necessary

Interviewing and registering candidates

Ensuing candidates have the correct right to work documents

Screening and preparing candidates for roles

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have proven experience within a resourcing recruitment role or fast paced Administration role Be target focused and used to a fast-paced environment Be confident, ambitious, and hard working Strong written and verbal English skills
