As a Customer Advisor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Dealing with enquiries with a welcoming approach of all inbound and outbound calls
* Articulating responses to prospects who are considering a course
* Have up to date knowledge of what courses are available as well as supporting other services such as Student Services
* Responsible to achieve individual targets for the key steps within the customer journey
* Effective communication and engagement through telephone, instant messaging, social media and email
* Deliver highest level of customer service and tailor approaches to the individual needs
* Ensure all information is logged accordingly and accurate
* Attend prospects events to build product knowledge
* Carry out administrative tasks related to the role which includes creation and maintenance of call records, updating customer records, adding customer notes to record and logging and following up emails
