Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a practice accountant who can be at any experience level between AAT level 3-4 right up to nearly ACCA qualified who is looking for well rounded role in general practice, no audit though. My client is also very open minded about qualifications you can be studying in which case they will support you or you can have no qualifications and just have the practical experience in an accountancy practice.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
·Preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax computations for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
·Corporation tax and personal tax returns preparation.
·Preparation of Management accounts, VAT returns and bookkeeping.
·Completion of ad hoc assignments to meet client needs.
·Maintenance of strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·2-3 years general accountancy practice experience. ·Qualifications: AAT part qualified or newly qualified or ACCA/ACA part qualified. ·Possess good IT & communication skills. ·Experience of CCH software an advantage but not essential at all.
