Job Description

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for the internal business reporting and Financial MI provided to both the Bupa Health Clinics management teams but also for reporting up to the Bupa Global & UK Market Unit.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for their first management position – you will be leading a team of two financial analysts.

What you'll be doing…

  • Financial planning for Bupa Health Clinics.
  • 5 Year financial plan creation.
  • Forecasting & Planning (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs).
  • Develop Sales Incentive Plans for Bupa Health Clinics (BHC).
  • Partner with other Bupa finance teams to review forecasts versus actual expenditure.
  • Lead and develop x2 Financial Analysts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills. Business partner experience. Commercially astute. Analytical with strong data and excel skills. Experience of financial management reporting and planning. People Management experience is desirable.
