This position has the scope to give you a good profile with the senior management team and could be a springboard into other opportunities within the group.

Operating as Finance Lead for a significant business unit key aspects of the role would include:

Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Development of monthly KPI reports and detailed analysis of cost drivers within a production environment
Supporting the program teams with ad hoc information and project work

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for this role you should have solid management accounting experience gained within a manufacturing environment, with a strong communication style which will lend itself to influencing senior decision makers. You should have a logical career path to date and proven to have an “added value” focus. Professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) is highly desirable and knowledge of SAP/Oracle or a similar ERP system is advantageous.
