Key Responsibilities:
Managing 2 members of staff in the management accounts team
Completion of monthly management accounts
Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
Budgeting & quarterly forecasting
Profitability reporting
Business partnering senior stakeholders within the business - including Client Development & Retention
Assist wider Finance department when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified Accountant nearing the end of your studies (e.g. CIMA or ACCA) Experience in a corporate Finance function Commercial awareness Ability to explain Financial performance to non-financial management Strong attention to detail Ability to understand internal processes quickly Ability to analyse financial data The ability to work effectively within a team and solo when necessary Strong communication skills
