Platinum Recruitment Group are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking to join an established business with a fantastic portfolio of clients and follow a path to Directorship.

Although you will join as a Senior Recruitment Consultant our expectation is for the successful individual to be promoted within 12 months to management level and aiming for Director designate within 24 months. As such this role is aligned to someone with experience who is not seeing the natural development curve you would want at present employers.

Your role will be managing exclusive and retained work for our key clients and be heavily focused on the candidate management of processes. Internally there is every opportunity to comfortably achieve annual billings in excess of £200k with a commission return in the region of £30-40k dependent on start dates and annual profitability share in addition to this.

Your market will be senior finance appointments, typical within VC/PE backed or privately owned SME’s; roles include Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Head of Finance, Financial Controller and associated senior hires.

A current example would be an exclusive hire for a VC backed fashion brand in Manchester City Centre placing the Head of Finance, salary £50,000 p.a.
