Job Description

Duties:

  • Entry of purchase and sales invoices
  • Processing of payroll
  • Entry of customer receipts and supplier payments
  • Purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers / resolving queries
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with inbound calls & enquiries
  • Keeping the contractor list up to date (correct contact numbers / email addresses at all times)
  • CRM – maintaining client contact
  • Ad-hoc accounts admin duties
