What you will learn

The level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration gives you the knowledge to work in a range of different environments in a business admin role. Whether you would like to brush up on your skills or pick up some new ones, this course will give you the knowledge you need to provide high-quality support to the business you work for.

This fully online qualification will help you develop your knowledge of important administrative support tasks, including how to prepare and distribute business documents and how to manage diary systems and financing systems.

Course content unit 1

This Unit contains six sections:

Section 1: Principles of providing administrative services
Section 2: Principles of business document production and information management
Section 3: Understand communication in a business enviroment
Section 4: Understand employer organisations
Section 5: Understand how to develop working relationships with colleagues
Section 6: Extension Activities

Course content unit 2

This unit contains three sections:
Section 1: Understand how to carry out business administration tasks
Section 2: Understand customer service
Section 3: Extension Activities
