Job Description

The core role will include, but not be limited to:

- Preparation of Year End Accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships to include the accompanying Self Assessment and Corporation Tax Returns.

- Preparation of VAT Returns and Bookkeeping.

An attractive remuneration package will be available and tailored to the experience and ability of the candidate.

Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

33 days holiday, to include bank holidays and an additional 2 holidays over the Christmas period at the discretion of the Director.

You will have access to free on-site parking and be working within a knowledgeable and friendly team, with a wealth of experience and long-service at the practice.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Preparation of Accounts and Tax Returns both from completed bookkeeping and incomplete records. - Preparation and submission of VAT Returns for a variety of businesses and industry types. - Qualified AAT, ACCA or by experience. - Knowledge of Iris Accounting software will be a distinct advantage.
