This is an temporary position up until the end of December with the possibility of an extension, paying between up to £10.45 depending on experience.
The successful candidate must have previous end to end recruitment experience including advertising jobs, issuing contracts and onboarding. You must have excellent communication skills, a methodical way of working, proficient IT skills, and be highly organised. Previous experience using ESR would be desirable.
Duties include:
" Advertising and recruitment activity, including assisting with nursing and medical appointments, basic terms and conditions administration/advice and guidance.
" To be the key point of contact.
" Check advertisements, job descriptions and person specifications
" Place adverts to agreed timescales
" Liaise with advertising agencies,
" Preparing applications for short listing by managers
" Ensure that papers for new and current employees are completed accurately to ensure that they are paid correctly.
" Enter and maintain accurate data on appropriate databases/registers including annual leave
" Ensuring all employee personal files are forwarded to managers in a safe and secure way.
" Assisting with Staff Bank recruitment.
" Deal with general enquiries from managers, staff, visitors and the general public.
" Compile information to demonstrate compliance with the Recruitment Team's Key Performance Indicators.
" Cover for work colleagues in their absence and at the demands of the service.
You will work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, 37.5 hours per week.
