Key responsibilities of the Interim Senior Service Accountant will include:
Managing the full Service Charge cycle and leading a small team on a day to day basis, maintaining a high level of performance.
Ensuring the organisations’ Service Charge accounts are accurate and up to date through thorough reconciliation.
Tracking the organisation’s expenditure vs budget on existing schemes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Recent experience working in a similar role for either a commercial property builder or housing association. Advanced knowledge of current service charge legislations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team. To be a newly qualified CCAB or CIMA accountant. Alternatively, you may be working towards a qualification.
