Job Description

The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the HR Department for HR-related correspondance and compliance tasks.

Your main administrative duties will include:

  • Maintaining personnel records for Starters and Leavers
  • Monitoring, managing and uploading compliance for all employment related activities
  • Uploading sickness and absence data and compliance within documentation control
  • Probation, Performance and Welfare Process Control
  • Circulation of HR documents
  • Database Management
  • Time and Attendance system support (data entry)
  • Reporting

As a HR Assistant you'll need to be organised, able to prioritise workloads and provide support to both employees and managers to achieve business aims.

Our ideal candidate has experience within a busy administration role, can follow procedure and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
