Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To undertake a range of administration tasks suited to the current level of training and development
  • General administration
  • Dealing with customer enquiries to resolution
  • Invoicing
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Maintain suitable records 
  • To complete course work on time and to a high standard
  • To produce, maintain and be responsible for content, accuracy and sign off of assessments completed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Maths and English at Grade 4 / C or higher is essential. To be considered for an Office Administration Apprenticeship you must have achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade A to C passes in Maths and English or equivalent
