Job Description

Your new role as the Payroll Administrator:

  • Organize your workload to ensure that weekly and monthly payrolls are prepared on time
  • Ensure that payroll clients are informed in sufficient time to enable them to pay their liabilities in a timely manner
  • Completion of year end payroll forms ensuring that all clients are completed on time and all statutory deadlines are met
  • Deal with clients queries regarding payroll
  • Management of clients on the monthly system
  • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with their systems
  • Delegate work where relevant and possible
  • Assist and offer support to other team members when the need arises
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested from time to time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Candidate will have at least two year’s experience in payroll, whilst being technically competent in all matters pertaining to payroll and its functions. You shall be able to communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner, in conjunction with possessing good planning and organizational skills. In addition you will be able to manage your time effectively, prioritizing your workload in an efficient manner.
