Job Description

As Technical Administrator you will be part of the Customer Services Operations Delivery team and report to the Project Management Team Leader.

The Technical Administrator will provide a high standard of support to Operations Team in delivery of various types and value of Projects. Support the Operations Team on Document control/ configuration management requirements. Liaise with Operation Support Departments within the customer service business.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least three years' experience in an administrative role Worked within the Engineering industry Document control system utilisation Able to deal with customers, colleagues and suppliers in a polite and professional manner Recognise the importance of delivering excellent customer service Show commitment and enthusiasm to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations Able to manage own time to meet multiple priorities including occasional overtime Have a methodical approach to work Self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to work under the minimum of supervision Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects and PowerPoint
