Job Description
The team administrator will be an essential part of day to day administration for the department. The person will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration for the supply chain operation function.
Duties:
Primarily managing all aspects of administration linked to materials planning, production planning, inventory management and other elements of the supply chain, whilst coordinating activities within other operational areas, in relation to cross functional administration such as; purchasing, projects etc..
- Processing Direct and Indirect Purchase Orders
- To follow/monitor the Purchase Order until goods are delivered as per order requirements
- Closing down balances on POs and updating PO lines with new due dates etc.
- Co-ordinating with partners ensuring that the stock meets the quality required
- Managing, checking and authorising all relevant documentation i.e. invoices, Certificates, etc.. ensuring full traceability of the products and adhering to Chain of Custody requirements
- Raising any returns and debits as and when required
- Coordinate deliveries of orders to ensure timely delivery of materials to site meeting specification.
- Any issues (delay, pricing, quality, volume) to be communicated to the Supply Chain Manager
- Receipting of direct and indirect materials onto ERP system
- Management of small parcel deliveries and distribution on site
- Support production planning through printing and distribution of paperwork on site
- Ensure processes are documented
- Producing reports to support the Supply Chain Department function – inventory management, vendor rating, on time delivery etc.
- Managing and updating KPI data
