Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant/PA. This role will suit a full time superstar Administrator. You will be a smart and technically savvy professional who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This role is critical to supporting two very busy Senior Managers.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Supporting two Senior Managers.
  • Generating reports.
  • Arranging team meetings and events.
  • Circulating company documentation.
  • Assisting the accounts department.
  • Money laundering checks.
  • Maintaining internal systems.
  • Typing and sending letters.
  • Minute taking.
  • Setting up new clients on the system.
  • Diary management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration ideally within an accounting practice. PA experience supporting Senior Managers. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude". Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in using XERO, Iris or Sage would be highly regarded, although not essential. Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail.
