Duties:

• Liaise with clients re Customer Orders
• Deal with any incoming enquiries vie email / telephone
• Provide regular updates to clients re products
• General administration duties as business requires

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career with an exciting North East company. The role is long term with the opportunity to go permanent and is a full time dayshift role working Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred Good communication skills and be self motivated Able to work under pressure with high attention to detail and accuracy Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages A good telephone manner
