A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our finance department for an ambitious Accounts assistant to join the team.
Reporting to the financial controller you will be initially responsible for entering purchase & sales invoices into the accounts system. There will be plenty of opportunities for exposure to various accounting duties. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing of sales and purchase invoices into accounts system
Maintain staff expenses & credit cards
Responding to queries internally & externally
Assisting the team with month end duties
Assist with preparation for audits
REQUIREMENTS
IT literate with good Excel skills
Sound double entry accounting knowledge
Sound Excel and computing skills
Proactive and driven to succeed
Excellent communication
Good attention to detail and accuracy
