We are working with a leading and highly progressive firm in Manchester who have a unique opportunity for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Associate Director to join their Tax team.

Our client boast an impressive client portfolio including owner-managed businesses, listed, domestic and international clients including a number of household names.

You will ideally have excellent technical skills and ideally have some experience of M&A work, Corporate reorganizations including demergers and reconstructions, international tax principals, Property taxation and Employee incentive arrangements.

The successful candidate will be given their own portfolio of clients that they will be in touch with on a regular basis whilst providing tax support to the Corporate Finance team. You will be responsible for delegation of assignments to the team whilst offering tax advisory services and providing technical support to the Partners.
