Job Description

In this diverse role you will have primary responsibility for the accounts function and will work closely with the other departments to ensure the on-going efficiency and growth of the business.

  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis of sales, net debt, working capital and cash flow.
  • Preparing annual budgets/forecasts and monitoring progress throughout the year.
  • Prepare and review cash flow forecasts.
  • Reviewing and proposing improvements to existing financial processes.

In addition to managing the accounts function you will be actively involved in the development of the business, from attracting new business to recruitment and training of additional team members.

You will also be accountable for the compliance requirements of the business and the maintenance of the offices.

It is anticipated you will have a strong academic record, combined with a background in accounting, ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified and be able to demonstrate a broad range of operational and business management.
