Reporting to the Finance Manager your role will include the following:-
-Managing two direct reports, holding regular one to ones to improve overall performance and identify areas for development
-Liaising with internal and external audit and tax teams
-Working closely with the FP&A and Commercial teams within the business to understand P&L drivers and overall business performance
-Balance sheets and P&L reviews including variance analysis
-Preparation of accounting information and the UK statutory accounts
-Tax returns
-Balance sheet reconciliations and preparations of complex journals
-Liaising confidently with senior stakeholders to ensure efficient reporting
-Business partnering effectively across the entire company to ensure a thorough understanding of reporting requirements and business needs
