Your new role
In this Blackburn based Semi Senior Accountant job you will complete bookkeeping on a monthly & quarterly basis using a variety of cloud based software (Xero & QBO), prepare year-end accounts for a wide range of clients, complete VAT returns and EC Sales Listings, prepare corporate tax returns, assist with cloud conversions both in-house and at clients premises and assist junior members of the team amongst other responsibilities. This is a great chance to work a role that offers a great spread of duties, exposure and responsibility.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In order to be successful in this position you will need to firstly be passionate about providing great client service, be able to communicate with people at all levels and work well under pressure. You should have experience working with Xero accounting software, ideally have around 2-3+ years' experience working in practice, have cloud accounting software knowledge & experience and have strong organisational skills.
