Job Description

This role will play a crucial part in that expansion. Working directly with the Finance Director you will:
*Produce full monthly management accounts working with the Finance Director to provide full commentary for the board pack.
*Analyse and report on budgets providing insight into potential growth areas building strong business relationships with senior stake holder across all the major divisions.
*Mentor junior CIMA/ACCA studying members of the finance team overseeing and assigning duties as you see fit.
*Play a key role with any further acquisitions working closely with both the MD and FD on due diligence and integration of systems/procedures where necessary.
*Liaise with external parties such as banks, auditors and PE when required being a key contact for any business critical decisions/communications.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA with previous experience as a senior management accountant/financial accountant or as a Finance Manager. SME experience would be advantageous but providing you can demonstrate a track record of achievement within your role consideration will be given to any career minded ambitious accountant.
