Review of any new leases and of quarterly rent demands to tenants and of arrears schedule.
Review of audited annual service charge reconciliation.
Review and assist the project accountant who checks the monthly asset management
Assist with annual budgeting and forecasts pre year end
Preparation of Monthly consolidated and standalone management accounts.
Preparation of Management accounts to include standard accounting entries
Preparation of Annual consolidated and standalone management accounts and Trial Balances for preparation of financial statements.
Preparation of financial statements in word for UK entities.
Key Skills required
Technical accounting skills.
Good Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Property and real estate experience including asset management/ service charge.
Service orientation - working for clients and working closely with external advisors and shareholder finance team.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good verbal and written skills.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be either a part-qualified, newly qualified or qualified by experience management accountant who is comfortable taking a considerable level of responsibility and developing a wider remit as time goes on.
