The role carries a permanent contract for 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (working hours can be flexible based on applicant needs). Earnings up to £40,000 per annum however negotiable based on experience.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility for this role is to oversee and action all finance and accounting operations for the five hotels within the group. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the preparation of the monthly accounts, working with the onsite accounts teams to produce the accounts at hotel level, and consolidating these to group level.
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and the reporting of variances.
- Directly line managing on property accounting management instilling strong lines of communication and collaboration.
- Completing balance sheet reviews with the onsite account’s teams, highlighting, and managing risks to the business.
- Managing the preparation of the annual statutory accounts, VAT returns and other statutory reporting.
- Overseeing the production of all management information, improving the accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
- Providing financial guidance to finance and non-finance team members.
- Consolidating and forecasting cash flows.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal controls across the business.
- Being the main contact for auditors, coordinating the provision of information.
