Job Description

The successful candidate will have:

• In depth Service charge knowledge of complex service charges including being able to reconcile back to the cash book.
• Have overseen all the income for a large portfolio as well as a sound understanding of invoice processing, procedures and recoverable expenses.
• Either managed a team or undertaken themselves the cash management for a portfolio - bank recs, pay-overs and funding.
• Completed both statutory and financial reporting to Trial balance
• Adhered to strict SLA and KPIs
• Maintained a large property database with property, supplier and tenant information
• Have mentored, trained and up-skilled a successful team - being a good a good all round team player.
