A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Qualified Accountant offering a high level of exposure to clients and responsibility for overseeing junior staff. Joining the Practice as a Senior Accountant you will support the Directors with the management of the firm's clients and staff.
As a Senior Accountant your duties & responsibilities will include:
Advising a portfolio of SME, Owner-Managed and Corporate clients, handling a wide range of Corporate and Business Services work (75% Accounts, 25% Audit)
Ensuring clients requirements are met in full
Preparing Year-End Accounts, Monthly / Quarterly Management Accounts, Corporate Tax Computations, VAT Returns and leading Audit fieldwork for clients
Overseeing Junior staff engaged on Audit and Accounts assignments
Assisting and advising clients, acting as first point of contact for all queries
Attending client meetings and advising Senior Management and Directors on the quality of accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACA / ACCA Qualified Background within Chartered Accountancy Practice (c.3 - 5 years) Accounts and Business Services experience, some Audit experience preferred Client focused approach, able to advise clients on a range of accountancy and business matters
