THE OPPORTUNITY

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious ACA / ACCA Part-Qualified Accountant offering a high level of exposure to clients and career progression towards a managerial position. Joining the Practice as a Senior Accountant you will support Partners with the management and delivery of accounts and business advisory services to the firm's SME clients.

As a Senior Accountant your duties & responsibilities will include:

• Advising a portfolio of SME, Owner-Managed and Corporate clients, ensuring Accounts and Business Advisory services are delivered and clients needs are met in full
• Preparing Year-End Accounts, Monthly / Quarterly Management Accounts, Corporate Tax Computations and VAT Returns for clients
• Assisting Managers in the development of Trainees and Junior staff
• Assisting and advising clients, acting as first point of contact for all queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACA / ACCA Part-Qualified (or Qualified by Experience) Background within Chartered Accountancy Practice (c.3 - 4 years) Accounts and Business Services experience in relation to SME and Owner-Managed businesses Client focused approach, able to advise clients on a range of accountancy and business matters
