Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for review and setting of credit limits.
Management of 3 office based and 2 field based credit controllers
Contract manager for company credit insurance policy and management of credit insurance procedures
Implementation and management of group approved dunning procedures
Resolution of non - payment queries in combination with the sales and sales support teams
Management and coordination of timely cash allocation to customer accounts
Monthly debtor and overdue reporting.
Management and reconciliation of intercompany debtor accounts with group companies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Significant previous credit management experience with responsibility for debtor targets and overdue reduction Experience of working with multiple locations Ability to plan and collaborate, across all levels of the business. Ability to identify problems and think pro-actively to make improvements; Proven leadership ability, able to motivate staff to deliver high-quality output in line with set priorities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities A ‘rolls your sleeves up and make a difference’ kind of a person Must be self-motivated with strong sense of ownership.
