Job Description

This is a contract role up until May 2022.


The role of the Administrator within the project is to process and assist in various implementation plans and work through a large back log of assets (more details of the project will be provided if the application is progressed).
The candidate will have a great knowledge of Excel as you will be working on this on a daily basis, updating spreadsheets/ trackers as well as using various in-house systems. The role will entail a lot of data management and liaising with various internal departments as well as external stakeholders so experience dealing with clients and external parties is required.
Training will be provided initially then you will have targets and deadlines to work towards.
The candidate should be dynamic, outgoing and reliable and poses the following skills

First class organisation / self-management skills Strong eye for detail Data management experience Great Communication skills Quick Learner and able to pick up new concepts/systems quickly and efficiently
