Job Description

Role:

The Commercial Finance Manager positions acts as a lead finance role for the development and delivery of the organisations commercial growth strategy. It will require a high calibre Accountant who is capable of leading a team of Accountant whilst been part of  and partnering with the Senior Management Team.

Duties will include;

• Provide objective based challenges and interpretations to colleagues on strategic choices
• Identify and financially model different strategic business options
• Develop the commercial business five year financial plan and leading/overseeing the preparation of quarterly financial forecasts
• Document clearly to Senior Management the financial aspects of strategic business cases
• Provide comprehensive financial information that meets key business stakeholder needs
• Provide leadership in all aspects of management accounting for commercial business area

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) Experience within a hospitality, retail or sports industry would be desirable Hold advanced system skills - including MS Excel Ability to partner with Senior Management and present financial information Strong analytical skills with the ability to set and maintain high standards
