Job Description

The Role:

* Reporting to Managers and Partners
* Audit planning and completing audits for clients
* Preparation of accounts and reports as required
* Leading on-site audit teams
* Preparation and management of assignment budgets and costs
* Promoting the firm's services to the existing and prospect clients
* Develop and supervise trainee's
* Liaising with the client (HMRC) and client partner on work assignments
* Ensuring audit procedures are followed meticulously
* Running assignments and ensuring they are completed in a cost and time efficient manner
* Transition client accounts to FRS102
* Visit clients on site on an ad hoc basis


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Prior experience of leading external audits * Qualified or PQ ACA/ACCA * Experience of preparing accounts in accordance with UK GAAP * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal * Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail * Motivated and a team player * Strong team leader
