Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, key responsibilities will include:
Cost & analytical reporting across various sites in the region, including representing Finance at site cost review meetings
Month End & Board Pack Preparation
Checking accuary of VAT Returns
Posting accuals and prepayments
Valuation of stock and land bank
Overseeing a small purchase ledger team of three
Calculating CIS Tax Values to send to HMRC
Providing weekly sales reports and analysis to Sales team
Support production of the weekly management pack for the management team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be at latter stages of ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification (or overseas equivalent) Excellent written, communication skills and attention to detail Strong understanding of MS Excel and Formulas Experience of staff supervision or working the construction/property industry would be advantageous
