Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for a highly organized and diligent Office and Finance Manager to join our dynamic team based in Manchester City Centre.
Finance Responsibilities will include;
- Assisting with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
- Working with the external accountants to provide cash flow and budget forecasting for the board of directors.
- Management of the day to day running of nominal, sales and purchase ledgers.
- Reviewing and submitting VAT returns.
- Reviewing the monthly payroll submission.
Office Administration duties will include;
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Ordering new equipment and coordinating delivery for new starters.
- Managing NQC’s mobile, rental and utilities contracts.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by the Operations Board.
