Key duties: Senior Finance Analyst , Lichfield

• Monthly Business Performance & Reporting
• Prepare the month-end 'Flash' process detailing the expected month-end close and forecasted positions to the operating board
• Prepare monthly sales reports, including cohort analysis outlining key performance metrics for delivery to the senior team
• Provide timely commentary and variance analysis to support understanding of performance against budgets, forecasts and prior year
• Partner with various stakeholders to provide them with all information required to support key business decisions
• Support the annual budget process including consolidation of results, challenging submissions and putting together presentations which draw out key messages
• Work on quarterly forecasts and aid the communication of results to senior stakeholders
• Refine and improve existing processes and challenge outputs to create relevant and value-adding analysis
• Gain an understanding of each of the businesses within the group and demonstrate an understanding when pulling together analysis
• Oversee qualitative and quantitive research workstreams
• Data-driven insight to identify key drivers from NPS

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Hold an accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Previous experience of CRM and database management is essential Proven relevant sales funnel/accounting experience and technical knowledge Strong attention to detail and focus Team player committed to ensuring that the overall team objectives are met
