Your new role
You will be working as a Senior Income Accountant, alongside the Head of Income Accounting and a more junior Income Accountant.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Supporting the Head of Income Accounts with the annual rent setting process, ensuring compliance policies are adhered to.
- Providing support to the service charge processes from a financial perspective
- Completing rent and service charge accounting in preparation to be reviewed by the Head of Income Accounts
- Providing an insight towards the efficiency and accuracy of income processes and functions
- Reconciliations of the nominal ledger, rent accounts and leaseholder accounts.
- Providing an excellent customer service to tenants and leaseholders
- Work with tenants and leaseholders to adopt efficient methods of payment.
- Working in line with set goals and and continuously improving the services provided.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Part-Qualified or QBE in a similar setting Experience working within social housing or with a housing association Ability to hit the ground running At least 2 years experience working in an income related position Accountability
