Our client a leading privately owned AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING business is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team as a result of their continued growth.

As Management Accountant your will be responsible for:

• Producing the monthly management accounts
• Cash flow forecasting
• Analysis of sales and production
• Costing
• Variance Analysis
• Reviewing gross profit and commenting on the variances
• Managing a small team

There will be a succession plan to progress to an FD role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will work with the senior management team to understand business performance and help this organization on its continuing success journey. The successful candidate will be offered to mentor and support to progress to be Financial Controller in time. To be considered for this great opportunity you will be an experienced accountant with a background working for a manufacturing organization where you can demonstrate producing monthly management accountant and conducting the analysis.
